How do I return something?
You can return unworn items in new condition for a refund within 15 days of their original ship.

Does Reality Studio provide return labels?
We do not provide return labels. You’re free to ship your return to us via any major carrier or post
office, but the cost of return shipping is not included. Please make sure that you have a tracking
number for your shipping.

When will my order be shipped?
We do our best to process your order in the same day (if it is a week day), but please allow up to
3 business days for shipping confirmation.

Does Reality Studio ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide, which usually takes 3-5 business days. Note that international shipments
do not include import duties or customs fees.

When does Reality Studio restock products?
We don’t restock most of our products but we do repeat best sellers, if you click in the option “send
e-mail when back in stock”, you will be noticed upon arrival.

How can I place a wholesale order?
You have to send e-mail to yes@realitystudio.de and after submitting the store for approval you
will receive our lookbook and linesheet for the next collection.

Is Reality Studio hiring?
We are always interested in receiving CVS! If you have sales, marketing, finance or logistics skills or

Can I pick up a purchase in a store?
Please mail us before placing your order in our online store and we try to make it available for
pick up at either at our Out To Lunch Porto Store.

My tracking number states that my package has been delivered but I haven’t received
anything yet, what should I do?

Please allow 24-48 hours after the stated delivery time, since sometimes packages are
scanned early or accidentally delivered to a neighbour. If your package has still not been
located after the above time period, feel free to contact us for assistance at
